I recently stayed at your hotel and had an exceptional experience, thanks largely to your outstanding staff. I'd like to commend several employees who made my stay memorable: 1) Alfred 2) Vincent 3) Mitchell 4) William (Laundry) 5) Bahati (Laundry) 6) The security guards These individuals, along with others whose names I may have missed, truly enhanced my visit. Their service was exemplary, and I believe they deserve recognition, possibly in the form of a RAISE. Additionally, I'd like to recommend that you consider hiring RACHEL and PHILOMENA who are currently interning, as permanent staff members, as their contributions were also outstanding. I am planning to visit again in a few months and hope to stay at the same location. On that note, I have two questions: 1) Do you offer a price-matching policy? 2) Are there any loyalty programs or returning guest discounts available?

We stayed at the Best Western Plus in Westlands for one night upon our arrival in Nairobi. Our flight arrived very early in the morning and the hotel let us check in early when we arrived. The hotel staff were really helpful and friendly and gave us all the information we needed on checking in. The beds were really comfortable, the shower was great and the room was nice and spacious which was good for us as we needed to repack some of our bags for a trip to Mount Kenya the following day. The Asiatic restaurant upstairs on the roof was excellent for an evening meal and to have a drink enjoying the views of Nairobi. The breakfast buffet was great and had so many options to choose from. I feel this hotel was great value for money and we would definitely stay again in the future due to the friendly staff, convenient location and great facilities.

We stayed at this hotel just for a day before our safaris. We had to book and pay for our room for two days since our flight arrived at 6 AM in the morning while the normal check in time was 3 PM. The room was adequately sized and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very polite and efficient. All the amenities required during our travel were available. The location is good and the area seemed very safe. There was a mall next to the hotel which was good for eating, money changing and shopping. The food at the hotel was very good. The breakfast which was included in the room tariff was sumptuous and had a huge variety to suit every palate and requirements...and at the same time delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel for business or leisure travel in Nairobi.

Really beautiful hotel. Very nice, new, clean. Beautiful rooms and lovely staff. Great value for the money. The location was good - close to a grocery store and shops. This was a great landing point for us our first couple of days in Kenya. Other things just to note: Lots of security getting in and out of hotel - this is common in Nairobi and I think is essentially at every major hotel in westlands. Although Westlands and the area where the hotel is is as safe as it gets in Nairobi, still need to plan ahead and be careful when out walking in the streets. Uber was readily available and got to our hotel easily - so recommend using this to get around.

The hotel was just what we needed after a lot of travelling. It was clean and modern. The shower was lovely and powerful. The facilities were good. We ate at the restaurant one evening but the food took quite a long time to come out, but we were a group of 11 people. Apart from that it was a great stay. Breakfast was plentiful and when we had an early start in the morning they provided us with breakfast to take out which was great. There is a great Indian restaurant within walking distance and the hotel is located next to the shopping mall. Would definitely recommend.
